Prices

The prices given on each property pertain to one week’s stay (Saturday to Saturday) and include the cost of gas and electricity, towel and bedlinen service.

Additional Costs

Heating and firewood are payable directly to the property owners. Final cleaning is Euro 90,00 for Frate Sole, Sora Luna, Frate Vento and La Torretta; Euro 70,00 for Madre Terra and Il Nido.

Booking Confirmation

We reserve the right to make changes to the prices and information given herewith.

Only the prices quoted in our booking confirmation are binding and final.

Deposit

A non refundable deposit of 40 Percent of the total rental price must reach us before the booking can be confirmed.

Insurance

We do not offer travel insurance to cover the interruption or cancellation of a holiday stay. No refund can be made. A short list of insurance providers can be made available upon request.

Final Payment

The final payment must be received 60 days prior to the start of the rental period and without any further notification by us. When booking is made within 60 days of the rental period full payment is due at that time.

Security Deposit

With the final payment we ask you to send us a separate check as a security deposit in the amount of Euro 250. This check will not normally be cashed and will be returned to you within 14 days of your departure. In the event of breakage or damages, however, we reserve the right to cash the check, deduct the appropriate compensation and return the balance to you.

Guests are kindly requested to take Good Care of the Property.

Damages

The signatory on the booking form is liable for breakage or damages caused by him/herself and their party. Damages should be declared before departure.

Umbria Holiday Home Voucher

Upon receipt of the full payment we will send you the Umbria Holiday Home Voucher entitling you to the access of the holiday home, containing details of your property location, the house key instructions and the contact phone numbers of the property owners and their representatives.

Maximum Occupancy

The number of persons for each property, indicated in the listing, represent the maximum occupancy of adults and children. This number must NOT be exceeded by additional guests in the holiday home or on the grounds of the property, not even for short periods.

Pets are not allowed.

Swimming Pools

Swimming pools are open from mid June (or sooner) to mid September.

Arrival Formalities

Upon arrival, and in accordance with Italian law, the client must show his/her passport to the owners or owners representatives for registration. We ask you to please arrive between 3pm and 8pm local time. If you know your estimated arrival time, kindly make a courtesy call to the owners or their representatives, so they can plan to greet you promptly at your holiday home. If you know that you will be late you must advise us in advance to make special arrangements for the keyholder to meet you.

Departure

Kindly vacate your holiday home by 10am on the day of your departure to facilitate the cleaning before the arrival of the next guests.

Should you need extended time for your check out please notify us and we will do everything possible to satisfy your request

When departing before Saturday, it is mandatory that the client contact the owners or their representatives to arrange for a departure time and inspection.

We cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, damage or theft of property during your stay.

Jurisdiction

In the event of a legal claim or disputes, Italian law applies and the court of Perugia shall be the sole place of jurisdiction.
