Only 8 miles away from Cortona, in Tuscany, its location represents the best of two worlds: the mystic, unspoiled Umbria and the romantic, well known Tuscany. It also has the advantage that on Thursday afternoons you can go shopping in Cortona, Tuscany, because grocery stores are closed in Umbria that afternoon!

This historical lake side property, under the protection of LE BELLE ARTI, took over two years to be restored. It survived all bureaucracy thanks to two well known architects from Perugia, Daria Ripa Di Meana and Bruno Salvatici.
